Just because we are created equally does not mean we are created the same. Here are a few things I have learned and am mastering as I share. One way to train our brain to spread positive thoughts as opposed to negative thoughts is to find one thing you love about EVERY person you cross paths with. It can be as simple as, " I love the color of her shirt." It doesn't have to be a personal kind of love, just a loving thought!
Just because Sally loves the color purple and you do not does not mean you have to be anti purple! And it certainly does not mean you have to dislike Sally! When learning to love, you can start by refusing to post any posts that speak negatively about a situation or person. Promote what you love about someone or something as opposed to what you hate.
